Wow what an awesome place! They have a really cool space that is inviting and fun to walk into. They have a space for kids to play or get toys, books, crayons, etc. to take back to your table. The service was great! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The food was amazingly delicious and tasted so fresh! With everything we ordered got to try several things... Two of kids ordered specials of the day, 1st was pancake meal - really good, different from most places but really good, my oldest finished it off surprisingly as it was 3 good size pancakes with bacon. 2nd was egg and bacon meal, very tasty! Our other daughter ordered Mac and Cheese with chicken soup...both were good and really large for a small kids order. If the kids would have agreed on wanting that it would have fed two of them easily. One note, there was a lot celery in the soup, I'm not a celery person so I wouldn't order it myself, but it was still a very good soup. Being from the south I always try biscuits and gravy when available, most the time when in northern areas I am disappointed with my order...not this time! It was different than a normal, the biscuits have stuff baked in and the gravy is more than just sausage but it created a wonderful blend of flavors! The eggs and potatoes were a great side to complete the dish! Do yourself a favor and stop by for the best food in St. Michael!
Absolutely FANTASTIC!! Tenderloin was amazing. Old Fashioned Farmer was one of the best old fashioned I have ever had. Service was awesome. It was obvious that the owners have worked to train the staff well. Their teamwork was very noticeable. It is a place for families as well as an elegant dinner out.. it meets all types of tastes and experiences. Prices were great. Food presentation was wonderful. This is a new fave! It is a must.. you will love it!
This was the first meal I've had that I felt was intellectual. I ordered the salmon and wow. My brain was intrigued, interested and engaged with my taste buds. I can't say I've ever had that happen before. For desert we shared the carrot cake... perfect! The moistness, sweetness were exceptional. Too many people get the frosting level wrong. Not this time Loved it.
Stopped in for a late dinner...loved it! It was burger night, so we picked the specialty burgers and fries. The burger was fantastic, but the fries were off the charts! Beef tallow...WOW! They also had an old fashioned special that was perfect. Will be back. Dessert was great too. The servers were on top of everything even though it was close to closing.
I stopped in today on New Year’s eve, Paige was our server, she was amazing and very nice! Adrien brought us our food and was very attentive, he started conversations and asked us about our plans! Every time we come to this place we always have a good experience. It is one of my favorite spots!
Really neat place. Wide open atmosphere and a couple of places for more private seating. Nice looking bar and cocktails. Roomy and was not to loud. Wat staff very tentative. The menu has plenty to pick from. I had a Cuban sandwich it was good lots of flavor. And the fries were good too with this seasoned sour cream dipping sauce. Prices are a little high but a made from scratch kitchen I always say is worth it. And the service too. If your looking for a nice place to eat that's fresh and different check it out!
First time to this restaurant and I don't know why l haven't been here before Totally worth the trek out to St Michael to this lovely farm to table restaurant We had the best server Devan- so friendly and knowledgeable and knew how to give the best service and divide the bill up between couples without us having to ask!!! The dinner was great- all 6 of us ordered different entrees and enjoyed them all Cocktails were great, I really enjoyed the little sippers, basically a tasting of 6 different ones! Dessert had few choices but the chocolate cake with the coffee ice cream was hit- !
It's a really nice place. The food and service were great. I do recommend the French fries as they are golden brown and delicious. They were friends in beef tallow, which gave them amazing flavor. It was busy, but it didn't feel crowded as the dining room area had plenty of space between the tables.
Every time their food is delicious and sets high standards for fresh and seasonal food. There is a low lit welcoming atmosphere, and the service is always quick and attentive. I only put 4 stars for atmosphere because it does get quite loud and can be hard to hear the waitress or others whom you are with. Overall, great date place or family get-together sit down restaurant. They do also have a bar area.
My husband and I came in and its so cozy and romantic inside. Quiet and the food is magnificent!! I will definitely be back soon. Our server was amazing as well. If you havent tried this place yet. You will not be disappointed. Its a adorable restaurant. ❤️
